Technical Assistance

There are several levels of services:

  • Level One — Phone Support
  • Level Two — On-line Support
  • Level Three — On-Site Support
  • Level Four — Escalated Support (combination of on-line support and/or on-site next level of engineer)

Training

On-Site is typically new install/new client, or annual re-training allowed with maintenance contract

On-line is a session requested and/or offer in particular situations
